Files are stored privately. Financial statements are visible to every approved investor. Disclosures can go to everyone, or only to selected firms and/or individual investors.

Unpublished documents are hidden from investors but kept in storage.
Approve an email
Approved people can use “Request access” on the investor page to receive a set-password email — or click Send invite below to email them now. Everyone at the same firm sees the same disclosures.
Approved emails
Deactivating someone removes their access immediately, even if they're signed in.

A firm groups the people who should see the same investor-specific disclosures.
